Richard Viola and his wife live in a very energy efficient home. Because the building materials and construction allow little natural ventilation to occur, the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system brings in air from the outside. Along with that outside air, comes a lot of dust. The family needed a purification system that cleans the air, because the desert dust caused major breathing problems.The Violas looked at different products and felt that the whole-house system would be best for them.
